About The Team:

The Chief Security Office Workforce IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) org is responsible for ensuring our user access management controls and governance are operational and compliant across our entire workforce.   The group is also spear-heading a company-wide transformation into a standardized IGA toolset and over-seeing retirement of legacy technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of SMEs tasked with running and operating the SailPoint IIQ platform.

  • Ensure the application is monitored, tickets are handled, and compliance tasks are carried out appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Partner closely with Engineering Associate Directors to ensure successful deliveries and releases of SailPoint functionality and application onboardings.

What You'll Need To Bring:

  • Extensive experience with SailPoint (preferably IIQ; ideally also ISC)

  • Previous leadership experience

  • DevOps experience

  • Compliance/controls experience including experience with SOX controls

  • Previous experience with jFrog, GitHub, and ServiceNOW

Nice To Have:

  • CISSP or other security certification

  • SailPoint certification(s)

Education/Experience:

Master's degree (MS/MA) desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity. 5+ years of related experience.

Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Our Assoc Director-Cybersecurity, earns between $155,400-$233,200 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
