We are an international investment firm and private bank with Swiss roots, and active in the German market since 1999.For our IAM team in Zurich, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as an Identity and Access Management Engineer / Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our IAM system SailPoint IIQ (and later the subsequent IAM cloud solution).

What would your role be:
- Enhance our IAM system SailPoint IIQ and in the future SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), or Saviynt Identity Cloud
- Ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement updates and upgrades for SailPoint IIQ
- Develop customizations that interact with IAM Cloud solutions via REST APIs
- Work closely with other people from IT and business units to implement new policies, features, or onboard new applications
- Be part of our journey to migrate our IAM system to the cloud by providing technical expertise and leadership
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with an IGA solution, preferably SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC or Saviynt Identity Cloud
- Highly motivated, committed, eager to take on responsibility and to continuously develop yourself further
- Agile, flexible and appreciate working in an energetic, dynamic team
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
