We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join our New York Office.  This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to oversee the smooth running of our office and support key departments including HR, IT, Operations, Finance and Sales. This is a pivotal role that combines administrative support with a strong focus on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

In this role you will:
Office & Administrative Management:
  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors and employees.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, facilities, and supplier relationships
  • Oversee procurement of off supplies and office management duties for all Drawbridge office locations
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management and service providers
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, on and off-site office meetings, ensuring appropriate space, equipment, and materials are prepared
Cross-Departmental Support:
  • HR: Coordinating training and development schedules, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping implement employee recognition programs
  • IT: Liaise with IT support for equipment setup, user access, and issue resolution
  • Operations: Support process improvements and coordination of operational projects
  • Sales: Assist with the preparation of presentations and marketing special events
  • Finance: Help with administrative tasks as requested
Team Leadership & Culture:
  • Organize employee events, wellbeing initiatives, and team-building activities
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office environment
  • Support internal communications
  • Champion company values and employee engagement activities

You Have
  • Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management systems
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing projects
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Passionate about creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture

Working Conditions
  • Office-based role, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional flexibility required for events or project deadlines
  • May involve light manual handling (e.g. moving office supplies or equipment)

Base Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000
