The Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a global organization within CISO with 600+ employees located across the globe. IAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications.
IAM’s mission is to Be the Best for our Partners by providing seamless and secure access to Citi systems, so our partners can focus on their business priorities and clients. The IAM Marketplace Solutions (MPS) teams are focused on providing support through development and maintenance of marketplace workflows (Ticketing tool) for our customers and executing Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
Responsibilities:
Evolve and maintain client and business Information Security Administration support relationships for multiple lines of business
Coordinate IAM Marketplace related engagement for Citi level initiatives
Lead high-level, CISO – sponsored initiatives to implementation, enhancement and automation of highly complex ResolveIT workflows related to Secrets Management (CyberArk, Hashicorp, WAIS), Token & Encryption (Citi Authenticator), Zscaler, etc.
Support development of ResolveIT workflows and implement automation for strategic IAM solutions such as PBAC, passwordless, Citi Authenticator enhancements to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and improve security posture.
Partner with IAM governance programs and coordinating within IAM to understand policy changes and impact on Marketplace workflows.
Lead IAM’s implementation of tech mandatory, regulatory changes to ResolveIT for IAM supported applications/platforms.
Understand risk and control levels for multi-functional areas for IAM supported systems/applications/tools and be able to translate impact to marketplace workflows and the changes required to address them.
Readily adopt automation strategies wherever practical and cost efficient. Partner with peers within other service delivery centres and across Identity & Access Management to maximize operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Maintain a professional relationship with our business partners, colleagues and external customers through effective communications and diplomacy to guide and influence IS practices.
Provide project or program updates to IAM leadership and our business partners through multiple channels including verbal and written media
Proactively engage in any new system development or major enhancements that affect IAM services so IAM can provide the appropriate support.
Applying sound ethical judgment while taking decisions, conduct and business practices, escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications:
10+ year’s work experience in IS related application development, Information Security, Computer Science or Cyber Security
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and the issues related to IAM.
Must display strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and time management skills
Demonstrates an appreciation of a diverse workforce. Appreciates differences in style or perspective and uses differences to add value to decisions or actions.
Experience with problem and incident management processes for security and identity administration incidents.
Able to juggle conflicting priorities and ensure responsiveness to our partners.
Must be committed to the delivery of a quality customer experience.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required in order to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Management or related field or equivalent relevant work experience with understanding of SDLC, programming knowledge/experience
Master’s degree preferred
