The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to manage and Agile DevSecOps Program supporting Federal Law Enforcement. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and can establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division, as well as our external Government customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and management of all personnel on the contract

• Ensure program schedule, performance and deliverables are met while providing exceptional user-drive, business aligned IT Services to enable cutting edge technology

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.

• Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

Clearance Required:

• Current Secret.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project and program management.

• Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts.

• Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills.

• Experience in monitoring program priorities, procedures, objectives, resource allocation, and areas of service.

• Experience in managing program and project teams to ensure goals are completed on time.

• Experience in identifying possible current and future risks to program efficiency or success.

• Experience managing teams that use agile methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

• Twelve or more (12+) years of total relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Experience with SAFe or SAFe certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
