Our client, active in the insurance sector, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Security Specialist to strengthen their internal IT Security team. You will join an environment where security, compliance and operational resilience are at the core of digital transformation efforts.

Missions

  • Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents across the organization’s IT infrastructure and application landscape.

  • Coordinate incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.

  • Document incident details, including root cause analysis, actions taken, and lessons learned.

  • Support the recertification of Web Proxies, EDR tools, and other security solutions.

  • Contribute to the remediation and improvement of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.

Requirements

Hiring Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience and ideally 3 years in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.

  • Proven experience in Incident Management, Security Operations, or similar cybersecurity roles.

  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as:

    • SailPoint IIQ

    • OpenID Connect

    • OAuth

    • CyberArk

  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in either French or Dutch.

  • Ability to work at least 2 days onsite per week, including a fixed day, with a possibility to increase to 3 days next year.

  • Excellent team collaboration skills with cross-functional IT and security teams.
