SUMMARYÂ
Weâre looking for an experienced Regional Security Manager to join our physical security team. In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Physical Security as part of a small team responsible for all aspects of physical security for Wiz worldwide. Based out of our London office, you will assume day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of physical security for Wiz personnel in the EU and across our growing teams in the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, you will lead within the team on developing our intelligence capabilities to identify potential physical risks to our personnel and company assets around the world. Leveraging and strengthening the human and technical resources at your disposal, you will develop the strategic and tactical threat intelligence picture for Wiz, helping to mitigate potential threats to Wiz personnel both in their workplaces and on the move, as well as diverse risks to the company itself.Â
We are focused on candidates able to spend at least 3 days per week in London, U.K.
WHAT YOUâLL DO
- Enforce physical security policy across Wiz's EU and APAC estate, verifying compliance and driving best practice.
- Collaborate with partners to respond to, investigate, and remediate any access violations or broader security incidents.
- Maintain relationships with key regional security providers, share guidance, and manage intelligence resources for regional security and risk management.
- Support leadership in making travel risk management decisions and collaborate with the Wiz Travel team to assist global travelers and respond to security incidents.
- Leverage threat intelligence tools, becoming a super-user of our threat intelligence toolset to identify evolving threats that could impact Wiz around the world.
- Consolidate and expand a network of local SMEs to illuminate and anticipate threats to Wiz, its personnel and its interests.
- Drive security planning for major events, internal and customer-facing, to inform proportionate risk mitigation measures.
- Produce high-quality analysis for a senior audience, including strategic and tactical reporting to support Wiz global expansion.

WHAT YOUâLL BRING
- Proven experience in implementing security strategies, policies, procedures, and standards
- 7+ yearsâ relevant experience in intelligence and analysis (public and/or private sector).
- Demonstrable track-record of researching, drafting and delivering a range of intelligence analysis products for senior leadership.
- Experience managing human and technical resources to inform high-quality reporting.
- Experience in event security management, preferably onsite and remotely
- Experience partnering with cross-functional partners such as Security, Travel, HR and Operations teams.
- Technical aptitude: 5+ yearsâ experience working with threat intelligence tools such as Dataminr, AlertMedia, Everbridge or similar. .
- Strong business acumen and intuition needed for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Palantir and Tableau
