What You Will Do

• Support in improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH and BayWa r.e. Data Services GmbH.  

• Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines required by ISO 27001 and relevant regulations.  

• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing IT Risk Management processes.  

• Collaborate with IT and other teams to support the implementation of security controls addressing identified risks.  

• Help provide security awareness materials and training for employees.  

• Support in preparing reports and scheduling internal and external audits.  

What you will need to succeed

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field).  

• Basic understanding of Information Security Management concepts.  

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards (hands-on experience is a plus but not required).  

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.  

• Interest in IT risk management, data protection, or cybersecurity topics.  

• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment.  

• Previous experience or internships in Information Security, IT, or related areas (is a plus but not required)
