Specialized analytical, intelligence, and operational solutions for U.S. intelligence, DoD, homeland security, law enforcement domains, and more.Firebird AST is seeking an onsite Program Manager/ Senior Insider Threat Analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI and CI Poly clearance to support the FBI’s Insider Threat Office in Huntsville, AL.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage contractor staff, to include addressing any identified personnel issues. Must
- Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by division leadership.
- Collaborate with government analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
- Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs.
- Develop and project data and estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past intelligence situations, and an understanding of the significance of conditions and trends.
- Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support.
- Access and perform research on designated automated databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the Government, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer.
- Provide threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the Government's requirements.
- Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the Government's information and technical support requirements.
- Conduct Analytical and critical thinking; (i.e. Understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observations and judgments and provide recommendations to management
- Oversee and manage projects, programs and/or tasks.
- Develop information and support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of Government inquiries.
- Present briefings to personnel designated by the Government.
- Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in by the Government
- Ensure conformance with task order schedules and costs.
- Manage personnel performance and productivity.
REQUIRED
- Must have active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Experience as an insider threat or all-source intelligence analysis.
- Experience managing insider threat programs and training staff on insider threats.
- Project management experience.
- 4 years of military or federal experience in a similar program.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions in national security or operational security-related matters.
- Experience developing and writing actionable intelligence leads and/or classified intelligence products.
- Experience in using a wide variety of analytical techniques used to determine and communicate trends and patterns, fill gaps in information and project events, identify anomalies, ascribe meaning to events or information from disparate sources, and develop defensible judgements and conclusions based on accepted research and analytical methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience in the intelligence and investigative programs’ operations, procedures, techniques, and terminology of the entire IC; the proper development and presentation of information; and the proper fulfillment of related information needs and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of IC resources and experience in acquiring information from intelligence sources to ensure that the information developed is complete, and, where possible, corroborated for accuracy.
- Experience in oral and written communication, providing information, expert advice, and guidance; persuade others to consider recommendations made/argue a position; and abstract concepts and facts clearly and effectively to share with various entities of the IC.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
CLEARANCE
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
