Deep expertise configuring Cisco, Juniper, or Arista platforms and applying DISA STIGs and other relevant hardening baselines.
-
Hands-on experience with vulnerability-assessment tools and patch-management processes.
-
Solid understanding of core networking principles, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS architecture, and high-availability designs.
-
Excellent ability to produce clear technical documentation and brief security findings to mission and program leadership.
-
Demonstrated commitment to mission-first, people-always values with zero tolerance for mission failure.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
-
Certifications such as CCNP Security, JNCIS-SEC, or CISSP.
-
Experience automating network compliance tasks with Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStack.
