About the role

Our growing team is looking for an Identity and Access Management Lifecycle Manager!

The manager will be responsible for maintaining the existing structures [1250+ RBACs/ABACs and 8000 IIQ roles] and drive the modernization, transformation and automation of the associated IAM processes.

What you'll do here:

  • Drive transformational change of RBAC/ABAC controls, processes and lifecycle from within the IAM team.
  • Manage a team of SMEs spread across several sites.
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members.
  • Lead team planning and task prioritization for clarity, optimal collaboration, and stress reduction.
  • Develop and communicate roadmaps for your area of accountability.
  • Develop a metrics dashboard and present it monthly to IT leader to track progress, promote security enhancements and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Develop a strong network of leaders within the company and collaborate with peers to enhance IAM products and services.
  • Own the role structures of various user populations such as employees, contractors, robots, etc.
  • Own processes related to role recertification and associated lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure that enterprise role structures and practices are compliant with the financial regulatory frameworks (52-109, SOX, etc.).
  • Support the business in the development and provisioning of highly adjustable and compliant roles for mass access reassignment (enabling provisioning to support peak seasonal events).
  • Identify and access opportunities for automation within business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI and automation into broader systems.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related domain or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in information technology.
  • General knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive timelines.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of different identity types and structures.
  • Knowledge of the SailPoint IIQ platform and recertification processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards in the context of a large financial organization.
  • A strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, HR driven provisioning processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting, and workflow design.
  • Identity and access management automation experience.
  • SailPoint platforms, certification or accreditation.
  • The development and implementation of automated lifecycles.
  • Certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation.
  • Professional accreditation and certification (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required (English and French) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
