Make a Big Impact in IT Governance and Process Transformation

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) while optimizing business processes across IT, procurement, and operations. If you're passionate about building resilient systems, managing compliance, and unlocking business efficiency — this is your opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and evolve our IT GRC program, including SOX compliance, risk management, and IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST).
  

• Evaluate and improve IT General Controls — including access, change management, backups, and system operations.
  

• Own and maintain the IT Risk Register and drive risk mitigation efforts across global sites.
  

• Partner with internal/external auditors, manage reporting, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  

• Drive cross-functional business process improvement across sourcing, procurement, IT asset management, and contracts.
  

• Manage program budgeting and cost optimization.
  

• Deliver targeted training to IT teams on SOX compliance and control ownership.
  

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and cyber risk trends.
  

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in IT GRC, SOX IT controls, and business process reengineering.
  

• Strong knowledge of IT risk frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001 a plus).
  

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale process improvements.
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and planning skills.
  

• Familiarity with procurement, IT asset management, and financial processes.
