Cyberspace Warfare Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a Cyberspace Warfare Analyst, you’ll serve as senior analyst for cyberspace operations as a government staff element Liaison Officer in support of USINDOPACOM. You’ll serve as staff point of contact with the government staff element for the design and execution of cyber wargames and implementation of mitigation actions. You will act as advisor and integrator of workstreams across the organization. You’ll serve as action officer on cross-functional planning teams. You will maintain responsibility for quality control of work products and timelines.

You’ll work with us to understand government priorities and communicate and advocate those priorities to USINDOPACOM. You will identify key individuals and stakeholders across organizations to facilitate communication. You’ll understand and drive common priorities and goals across organizations. You will act as primary coordination point for government staff visits and other engagements.

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience serving on DoD staffs and interacting with senior leaders

  • 10+ years of experience with theater planning efforts

  • Experience supporting DoD or IC non-kinetic warfare focused organizations

  • Experience coordinating high-level engagements, both pre-planned and short notice

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, be a team player, and see tasks through to completion

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with the Strategic Cybersecurity Program

  • Experience planning and designing wargames, exercises, and operations

  • Experience with DoD acquisition policy

  • Knowledge of JP-5 Planning and Joint Operations

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree a plus  

  • Completion of Joint Military Progressional Education Level I

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
