The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a seasoned Information Systems Engineer with strong expertise as an Information System Security, Risk Management Frameworks, and IT infrastructure to join our team supporting critical Intel and DoD Services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day coordination between Government, Security and Engineers to support security compliance requirements to include personnel, briefings, supply chain risk management within a highly dynamic Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

Required:
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) as an Information Systems Engineer with supporting Intel and DoD operations.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise managing RMF processes, including eMASS and XACTA tools.
- In-depth knowledge of ICD 503, NIST 800-53 security controls, CNSSI 1254 guidelines, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating resources and tasks as assigned with multiple stakeholders across defense agencies with aggressive timelines and milestones.
- Strong operational knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical security, OPSEC, and policies within military or intelligence environments.
- Experience supporting supply chain management and hardware/software lifecycle programs for classified IT infrastructure.
- Ability to manage high-value classified assets, ensuring accountability and serviceability.
- May interface with external entities including law enforcement, intelligence and other government organizations and agencies.
- Manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages using eMASS and XACTA, including tracking IATT/ATO and Body of Evidence (BOE) packages ensuring compliance with ICD 503, NIST 800-53, and CNSSI 1254.
- Serve as the liaison between system accreditors, mission owners, users, and engineers to ensure access and maintain security clearance requirements for users and systems, along with account support for multiple networks as needed.
- Generate, update and review documentation and briefs in support of information technology for the mission as requested by the government and contract.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Desired:
- Prior experience as ISSM, ISSO or ISSE working with multiple platforms and networks to include Cloud, and Hybrid Infrastructures.
- Experience with multiple reporting and project management tools such as MS Office Suite, Teams, Power BI, Visio.
- Experience creating and maintaining architecture diagrams, network diagrams and similar artifacts.
- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Required: Security + CE or higher such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent to comply with 8150 requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
