2. Integration & Customization

•    Design role-based access controls (RBAC), access certifications, and compliance workflows to meet regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, or SOX.  

3. Compliance & Risk Management
•    Streamline audit processes by automating access certifications, policy enforcement, and separation-of-duties (SoD) controls.  
•    Use SailPoint’s AI-driven insights to identify anomalous access patterns and mitigate risks.  

4. Collaboration & Leadership
•    Work with cross-functional teams (IT, security, compliance) to align IAM strategies with organizational goals.  
•    Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during deployments.  

5. Support & Optimization 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SailPoint environments, including upgrades and patches.  
•    Continuously improving IAM processes through automation and AI-driven recommendations.  

Required Technical Skills:
•    SailPoint Expertise: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ components (Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager) and familiarity with IdentityNow (SailPoint’s SaaS offering).  
•    Programming: Strong Java/J2EE skills for custom connector development and RESTful API integrations.  
•    IAM Concepts: Knowledge of access governance, provisioning, role modeling, and identity lifecycle management.  
•    Tools: Experience with XML, SQL, Jenkins, Git, and DevOps pipelines.  

Qualifications:
•    Experience: 3–8+ years in IAM, with at least 3 years focused on SailPoint IIQ implementations.
