About the Role

As a Technical Product Specialist – Cybersecurity – Brazil, you’ll be the face of CloudSEK for our LATAM clients. You’ll act as the first point of contact for product-related queries, manage takedown workflows, and co-own client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM-based clients on product usage, queries, and support issues.

• Assist clients in understanding and effectively using CloudSEK’s threat intelligence platforms.

• Manage and coordinate threat takedown requests (phishing, scams, impersonation, etc.) and follow through with relevant stakeholders.

• Co-manage customer accounts, ensuring regular engagement, product adoption, and overall satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, threat research, engineering) to relay feedback and troubleshoot issues.

• Conduct onboarding sessions, training calls, and periodic check-ins with clients.

• Monitor client usage and proactively identify ways to improve their experience and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in customer support, technical account management, or cybersecurity operations

• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a bonus)

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity basics—phishing, brand abuse, digital risks, etc.

• Prior experience in client-facing technical roles (Product Support, Customer Success, Technical AM, etc.)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently drive client outcomes
