As an Information Security professional, you will be a part of our rapidly growing team. You will actively work to safeguard our information assets and ensure a robust security posture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Information Security Policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Take ownership of incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis and providing strategic recommendations.
- Identify security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigating security controls.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the risk management framework.
- Oversee access privileges, control structures, and resource protections.
- Design and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Lead or participate in the preparation and execution of security audits and assessments.
- Monitor and maintain security tools/technologies (e.g., WAF, EDR, Email Security, SIEM, DNS, PKI)
- Monitor and manage security alerts and logs to identify potential security incidents.
- Working closely with external vendors for the execution of engagements.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in Information Security, with hands-on involvement in relevant engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or another related field.
- Proven experience in information security, risk management, and security governance.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and internal audits.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, including WAF, Endpoint and Email Security, SIEM, DNS, PKI.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry security standards (e.g., DORA, GDPR, ISOs, OWASP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate across teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English
