We are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced IT Audit Director to drive excellence in internal and external audits, controls reporting (e.g. ISAE/SOC), and to contribute to our strategic growth ambitions.

Your next challenge
- Leading engagements across internal IT audits, external IT audits (ISA and PCAOB) and control reports (e.g., ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3402 / SOC 1 & 2).
- You will work with a high-performing team and collaborate with partners and other service lines to deliver assurance to our clients.
- Directing engagement planning, organizing, budgeting, executing audit plan, and documenting audit procedures performed
- Interacting with senior level client executives including Chief Information Officers, building and nurturing strong relationships and creating and delivering executive reporting
- Overseeing the execution of high quality deliverables which document the design and operating effectiveness of technical and general IT controls and automated controls, including process and procedure documentation, control identification, test plan creation and execution, and reporting and concluding
- Act as a subject matter expert on IT risk, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance issues.
- Contribute to proposals and business pitches.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT auditors.
- Collaborate with financial audit teams to support audit engagements.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Your skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Audit, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT audit, including a mix of internal audit, external audit, and control reporting.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, ITGCs, and control frameworks.
- Recognized certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and service delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Experience working in or with regulated sectors (e.g., financial services, fintech, or cloud service providers) is highly valued.
