Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Any degrees from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

Advanced security certifications preferred. (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CISA...)

Experience with two or more public cloud providers, one of which must be Azure or AWS

Join WWT today! We are looking for a Security CSE to join our Australia team

 

What will you be doing?

As a Security CSE, your role will focus on being a domain expert in Security solutions throughout the sales lifecycle. You will provide specialized solution, technology, and product consulting, as well as technical and sales support, for major potential accounts.

 

One of your primary responsibilities will be delivering in-depth, high-level technical presentations to customers, partners, and prospects. These presentations will showcase the features and capabilities of WWT’s Security solutions and capabilities, effectively demonstrating their value and addressing each audience's unique requirements.

 

You will maintain area or operation responsibilities for selected major account opportunities, ensuring that you understand their specific needs and objectives. By closely collaborating with the sales team, you will develop tailored solutions that align with the customers' requirements and facilitate their journey toward robust Security.

 

To ensure seamless communication and planning, you will maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment between the customers' expectations and the offerings of Security solutions. This involves staying updated on the latest product developments, enhancements, and future plans.

 

As a Security CSE, you will devise, present, and document technical solutions that cater to the customers' Security needs. Your solutions will be designed to address their specific cybersecurity challenges within a many different environments, showcasing the value and effectiveness of the Security solutions you represent.

 

Staying informed about relevant competitive solutions, products, and services will be essential to your role. You will actively keep up to date on industry trends, research competitor offerings, and remain knowledgeable about the evolving landscape of Security solutions. This knowledge will enable you to position Security solutions you represent effectively and highlight their competitive advantages.

In summary, you will be critical in driving sales success as Security CSE. Your expertise in Security solutions, coupled with your ability to understand customer needs and deliver compelling technical presentations, will contribute to the growth and satisfaction of major accounts. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape will help ensure that the Security solutions you represent remain relevant and positioned for success in the market.

 

Essential Functions:

Serve as the domain expert on Security solutions throughout the sales lifecycle

Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support for major potential accounts

Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects

Maintain area or operation responsibilities for selected major account opportunities

Maintain product roadmaps and alignment between the customer and relevant business entities

Devise, present, and document technical solutions

Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services

 

Qualifications

Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently

Intellectually curious; seeks to continually self-educate and evolve domain-specific knowledge

3+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience in cybersecurity or as a cybersecurity practitioner who desires to grow a career in a client-facing role

Demonstrated presentation and interpersonal skills; communicate in front of large groups with a mixed audience of technical and non-technical
