Description

 We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Training Instructor to develop and deliver advanced training programs in Windows Forensics, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Network/Cloud Security. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital forensics, incident response, security architecture, and hands-on training delivery for technical audiences in government or enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver instructor-led courses on topics including:
     
    • Windows Forensics & Digital Evidence Analysis
       
    • Incident Response, Threat Hunting & Malware Analysis
       
    • Security Fundamentals (Network, Endpoint, Cloud)
       
    • Advanced Security Frameworks (CIS, NIST, CMMC, ISO)
       
    • Network Surveillance, Threat Detection & Defense Operations
       
    • Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
       
  • Provide hands-on labs and practical exercises using industry-standard tools (Wireshark, KAPE, Zeek, Snort, etc.).
     
  • Create comprehensive course material aligned with current security best practices and frameworks.
     
  • Conduct evaluations and deliver post-training reports.
Requirements
  • Active Security Clearance (Required).
     
  • 7+ years in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and/or incident response roles.
     
  • Expert knowledge of:
     
    • Windows OS internals and forensic artifact analysis
       
    • Network monitoring and traffic analysis (TCP/IP, Zeek, Suricata, Wireshark)
       
    • Threat detection and mitigation techniques
       
    • Security architecture and Zero Trust principles
       
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, CMMC, ISO 27000).
     
  • Strong hands-on experience with forensic and analysis tools (KAPE, FTK, EnCase, SIEM platforms).
     
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
     
  • Previous experience delivering technical training or certification courses preferred.
     

Desired Certifications

  • GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GCIA, GCTI, OSCP, CISSP, or related.
