CSRS Presales and Solutions Head

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Cybersecurity Presales and Solutions function. This role requires a seasoned security professional with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA), Zero Trust Architecture, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, SecOps, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Compliance & Risk. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning, presales, and customer engagement across verticals and geographies, while also contributing to practice development and business growth. This is a critical leadership role responsible for elevating our positioning in the cybersecurity landscape and delivering strategic value to enterprise clients. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead the global presales and solutioning charter for all cybersecurity service offerings. • Own the development of customer-centric solutions, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, risk posture, and business objectives. • Collaborate with sales teams, delivery, product owners, and SMEs to drive strategic pursuits and major RFP/RFI responses. • Articulate and present security solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike. • Design and enhance modular, scalable offerings in IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, SOC-as-a-Service, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and DevSecOps. • Represent security capabilities in solution defense, orals, and workshops, demonstrating a consultative approach. • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and market shifts to continuously evolve our solution portfolio. • Support practice-level P&L, resource planning, competency development, and collaboration across security towers. • Guide and mentor a global presales team, enforcing standards, knowledge sharing, and technical enablement. • Interface with strategic technology partners, vendors, and analysts to position differentiated solutions. ________________________________________
