Our most advanced pipeline programs are varegacestat (formerly AL102), a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors; IM-1021, a ROR1-targeted ADC which is currently in a Phase 1 trial; and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, which recently received IND clearance. Our pipeline also includes IM-1617, IM-1335, and IM-1340, all of which are preclinical ADCs pursuing undisclosed targets with expression in multiple solid tumors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Director of Enterprise IT Systems to lead our systems infrastructure and cloud initiatives within a dynamic biotech environment. This role will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing company-wide IT solutions with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, compliance, and scalability.

You will report directly to the Head of IT and collaborate closely with other business teams to ensure our cloud and on-premise computer systems support scientific innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategic vision for IT systems across the enterprise, aligning with long-term business and scientific goals.
  • Drive enterprise-wide system transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF v2), privacy regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, and risk management strategies for all supported platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations specific to the life sciences industry (HIPAA, GxP, FDA 21CFR11).
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership, R&D, Clinical, TechOps, G&A, and other business units to support major initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Immunome and MSP-based engineers and system administrators, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
  • Help develop and manage multi-year infrastructure budgets, third-party relationships, contracts, and licenses.
  • Maintain the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of data managed by Immunome IT systems and service providers. Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents.
  • Architect and manage mobile device and application management strategies using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
  • Leverage ServiceNow for ITSM, ITAM, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce governance policies and procedures for system usage and data protection.
  • Report on system performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive IT experience is required. A minimum of 6+ years in systems leadership at the enterprise level is preferred.
  • Demonstrated work experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra, M365, Intune, Defender, Purview, and SharePoint, with oversight of Jamf and ServiceNow implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in cybersecurity leadership, compliance management, and business stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, project management, and planning skills.
  • Advanced certifications such as PMP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect are preferred.
Washington State Pay Range$216,597—$281,306 USD
