IT Executive

John Keells Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (JKLL), a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is a leading Integrated Logistics Services Provider with over 12 years of experience in operating and managing Multi User Logistics fulfillment centers, Diverse transport fleets, Temperature controlled logistics and Supply chain consultancy services spanning across multiple industry verticals.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support through the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki wireless networks and SD-WAN infrastructure to maintain optimal connectivity and performance.
• Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory, Intune portal, and the overall Azure tenant environment.
• Collaborate with Group IT on security incident response and mitigation efforts.
• Oversee cost management, including tracking IT expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead the annual IT budgeting and planning process in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Supervise and maintain the CCTV system, ensuring operational integrity and compliance with security standards.

Person Specifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related professional certification.
• 2–3 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Hands on experience with Office 365 platform & Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with firewall management and security tools.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP are a plus.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response.
• Strong communication skills & Teamwork.
