H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking an experienced Platform Integration Coordinator to provide integration support for Azure-based cloud native tooling within the USMC Enterprise DevSecOps solution. This role focuses on ensuring the integration for cloud native tools such as Backstage, Crossplane, and Docker utilizing Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps workflows to create a seamless platform experience to the USMC.

The Platform Integration Coordinator responsibilities will include:

·        Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure which includes integration across Backstage, Crossplane, Kubernetes-based platforms, and evaluating legacy applications and systems to determine viability to be migrated or transferred to cloud services

·        Deploy reusable templates and automation for onboarding services via developer portals

·        Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal solutions

·        Implement DevSecOps processes and CI/CD tools to automate software delivery platform on premise or in the Cloud

·        Integrate and deploy security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and container security 

·        Implement RBAC, identity federation, and zero trust controls

·        Deploy automated security policy configurations for standardization of new environments using configuration management and provisioning software

·        Assist with implementation of test automation strategy and processes

·        Maintain version control and artifact repositories

·        Maintain engineering documentation and procedures to implement tools into the environment

·        Participate in all Agile processes to create user stories and to assist in developing Sprints and Releases

·        Work with other support contractors to facilitate completion of various project related tasks including, but not limited to high level policy development, architecture reviews, program increment and project readiness reviews

·        Take part in Falconwood "Cloud Center of Excellence" (CCoE) teams  

 

Required Qualifications:

·        Minimum SECRET clearance and security certification such as Sec+ or CISSP

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

·        Azure certification (s)

·        Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight with exceptional written and oral communications skills

·        Previous experience coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify and manage dependencies, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of cloud solutions.

·        Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery and DevSecOps practices

·        Experience with Red Hat Linux administration and support

·        Demonstrated experience implementing technologies in the areas of Software Configuration Management, Environment Management, Testing Lifecycle Management, Release Automation, Workflow Management, Defect Management, and Cloud Migration

·        3 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation and support in an enterprise environment managing competing priorities and multiple dependencies

·        3 years of providing SME level support for an Enterprise Service Desk department

·        2 years of experience with administering provisioning and configuration management tools like Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, Salt Stack, Puppet, etc.

·        2 years of experience with containers

·        2 years of experience deploying and integrating services and systems into production environments

Other Considerations:

In addition to the qualifications listed above, a successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:

 

·        Experience with Azure DevOps platform

·        Industry certifications pertaining to cloud or DevSecOps

·        Familiarity with Marine Corps and Department of Navy enterprise architectures

·        Familiarity and/or experience working  within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
