We are seeking a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and implementation with a focus on service health, automation, on-call systems, logging, metrics, tracing, telemetry pipelines, CI/CD, automated deployments and validations, reporting, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reliable and scalable systems to ensure optimal service health and performance.
• Develop and manage automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Establish and maintain robust on-call systems to ensure rapid response to incidents.
• Implement and manage logging solutions using Splunk to monitor and analyze system performance.
• Utilize metrics tools like Splunk and Dynatrace to track and optimize system performance.
• Develop tracing and telemetry pipelines to ensure comprehensive monitoring and diagnostics.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Oversee automated deployments and validations to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a focus on design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of service health monitoring and automation practices.
• Experience with on-call systems and incident management.
• Proficiency in logging tools, particularly Splunk.
• Expertise in metrics tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of tracing and telemetry pipelines.
• Advanced skills in CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated deployment and validation processes.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in reliability engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
