Position Summary...

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Manager to support the Incident Response function for the Safety team within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. This role is responsible for managing incident intake, triage, and coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident response, operational safety, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do...

Incident Response & Coordination

• Manage the intake and triage of safety and security incidents across LMD operations.
• Monitor data streams to validate incident categorization against established standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective incident resolution.
• Deliver high-quality service for significant incidents and support documentation efforts.
• Support GSOC operations during incidents and activations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Prevention

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support prevention and response strategies.
• Analyze insights into strategic prevention recommendations and long-term safety planning.
• Participate in briefings with senior LMD and cross-functional leadership on critical incidents.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in incident response, operations, risk management, asset protection, security, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and incident tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with incident response frameworks and GSOC operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-exposure environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
