As a Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) Senior Analyst on the Cybersecurity Operations team reporting to Manager, Cybersecurity Operations, you will plan and execute all aspects of Conagra's TVM program to protect enterprise technology, data, and business goals. We ask that you have technical leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to enhance proactive cyber defenses. You will help build proactive cyber defenses to improve the protection environment at Conagra. Oversee vulnerability assessments, manage the lifecycle of vulnerabilities from discovery to remediation, collaborate with business units for impact assessments, and enforce security policies. Your work also involves triaging patch releases, analyzing security posture, cyber threat intelligence, bug bounty, and tracking vulnerability trends to improve attack surface management.
Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise-wide vulnerability management and threat intelligence program, overseeing end-to-end assessment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of attack surface and security posture.
Manage the full lifecycle of vulnerabilities—from discovery and analysis to prioritization, remediation, and executive-level reporting.
Partner with technology teams and business units to assess operational impact, align remediation efforts, and drive risk-informed decision-making.
Direct patch triage and impact analysis, ensuring timely, risk-based remediation aligned with organizational priorities.
Lead cyber threat intelligence program across vulnerability assessments and incident response to proactively evaluate system and application exposure.
Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance/risk metrics to communicate program effectiveness and risk reduction progress to stakeholders.
Analyze vulnerability trends and recommend strategic configuration changes to enhance enterprise-wide attack surface management, including cloud infrastructure.
Serve as the escalation point for threat intelligence and vulnerability management issues, clearly communicating priorities, timelines, and procedures to all partners.
Enforce enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure protection of critical systems and data.
Interpret and prioritize vulnerability scan results, aligning remediation efforts with asset criticality and business risk.
Evaluate the effectiveness of system security configurations and controls using advanced tools and techniques, identifying gaps and recommending improvements aligning with industry best practice.
Consolidate and report on vulnerabilities across the IT landscape, providing guidance with applicable insights and strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in cybersecurity and/or relevant information technology functions
Bachelor's Degree required with preference in IT, computer science, cybersecurity or applicable STEM field
Experience in any of the following: vulnerability management, cybersecurity operations, end-point management operations, endpoint protection, system administration, exposure management.
Experience scanning tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or other enterprise grade VM platforms.
Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CySA+, CEH are desirable but not required
Experience in Service Now and Jira

Compensation:
Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
