Special Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years of project   management experience
  • US Citizenship Required to obtain a Public   Trust
  • Minimum 5 years Open-Source Intelligence   operations support experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • PMP Certification Preferred


The Gist…

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Director to lead   the delivery of a Department of Homeland Security program focused on Open-Source   Intelligence (OSINT) strategy and enablement. This leader will oversee a   cross-functional team responsible for applying data analytics, visualization,   and automation to support intelligence collection and exploitation from   publicly available sources. You will ensure operational excellence, drive continuous   improvement, and foster innovation across the OSINT project lifecycle—while   maintaining alignment with DHS priorities and security protocols.


What Your Day Might Include…

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of   OSINT-related initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team supporting   OSINT data aggregation, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Align project scope, deliverables, and   milestones with DHS mission needs and evolving threat environments.
  • Establish a clear strategy for capability   development and prioritization of technical enhancements.
  • Monitor project performance, budget, and   timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with DHS CBP   officials and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and responsiveness.
  • Oversee agile ceremonies and reporting   processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks,   especially those related to data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on   best practices in OSINT and government data programs.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with DHS   policies, federal guidelines, and legal frameworks.
  • Prepare and deliver  regular project updates, documentation, and strategic briefings.
  • Directly contribute to  expanding Amivero’s OSINT-related practice area, Amivero intellectual property, and systems.
  • Leverage existing  relationships and form new connections to support the growth of Amivero business and contracts.
  • Author and edit content for  proposals and other growth activities.



Requirements

You’ll Bring These   Qualifications…

  • Active TS Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, National Security, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the national security or intelligence space
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing OSINT or data-driven intelligence projects within a federal environment
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with PowerBI, Power Apps, and tools relevant to OSINT data exploitation
  • Familiarity with intelligence automation, data collection tools, and publicly available information (PAI) sourcing
  • Proven success leading agile project teams; JIRA experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management capabilities
  • Knowledge of DHS CBP mission environments and security requirements
  • Ability to work in a high-velocity, mission-focused environment
