VP Lead Engineer in CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager & Privilege Threat Analytics is a critical role responsible for implementing and managing least privilege & proactively identify threats on all Morgan Stanley endpoints. Responsible for leading engineering, implementation and integration of Endpoint Privilege Management & Privilege Threat Analytics Solutions across Windows, Mac and Linux. This role involves defining strategies, developing and maintaining vendor solutions, integrations with other security tools, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders. The lead engineer also manages a team of technical specialists and ensures the secure operation of privileged access management within the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles. It requires tight collaboration with multiple infrastructure and application teams. Includes automation for SaaS and on-prem components, management, Monitoring, Observability, Policy Management and Policy enforcement. Candidate should have strong engineering background with experience in Linux or Windows administration and scripting via PowerShell, Python or Bash.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Solution Design and Implementation: Designing, implementing, and maintaining CyberArk EPM, PTA solutions, ensuring they align with organizational security requirements and best practices.
2) Integration with other Security Tools: Integrating CyberArk EPM, PTA with other security tools and larger PAM ecosystem, SIEM logging and monitoring systems, and ServiceNow (service management solutions).
3) Policy Development and Enforcement: Defining and enforcing CyberArk EPM & PTA policies and procedures to enforce global security policies.
4) Large Scale Agent Operations and Management: including agent package deployments, upgrades, patches, break the glass procedures etc.
5) Team Leadership: Overseeing and developing a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and mentorship, and driving the delivery of EPM, PTA solutions.
6) Troubleshooting and Support: Providing expert support for CyberArk EPM & PTA, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges.
7) Staying Current: Staying up-to-date on the latest CyberArk EPM, PTA features and capabilities, functionality, and security trends, and evaluating their relevance to the organization.
8) Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for EPM, PTA configurations, procedures, and user guidance.
9) Collaboration and Communication: Building partnership with various stakeholders, including IT and non-IT teams, to ensure effective solution delivery and adoption.
10) Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential security risks and exposures associated with CyberArk EPM, PTA solutions. 1) 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity engineering with understanding of PAM solutions, credential/secrets management, including architecture, integrations, automation and administration.
2) PAM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles, implementation, and role within a zero-trust security architecture.
3) Cloud and SaaS: Experience working in cloud environments and managing SaaS-based security controls.
4) Policy and Procedure Development: Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and access controls.
5) Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues associated with various products across Cybersecurity domain with firmwide incident management and response teams.
6) Scripting and Automation: Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and customization.
7) Team Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead and mentor a team, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and communicate technical information clearly. Understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, risk management.
