Infor Application Security and Support Specialist

Key Role:
Administer and maintain user roles and resource assignments within Infor Cloud Suite A&D application. Ensure that all role-based access is configured in accordance with established security policies and audit requirements. Act as the point of contact for user support related to access, authorization issues, and general application troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Infor support team to track and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Manage tenant administration capabilities within Infor CloudSuite, including system log interpretation and troubleshooting support. Conduct periodic access and security audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards such as CMMC. Translate technical security and compliance concepts for non-technical business users. Maintain documentation for security configurations, user access protocols, and support procedures. Assist in interpreting system behavior through log analysis and support business users with incident reporting and resolution. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator for Infor Cloud Suite A&D application

• Experience with Infor Cloud suite

• Experience with managing user roles, security structures, and tenant administration within Infor Cloud Suite

• Knowledge of role-based security and authorization mechanisms in Infor environments

• Knowledge of CMMC compliance and general cybersecurity best practices

• Ability to analyze system logs and provide root-cause troubleshooting

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to business users

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with supporting audits or regulatory reviews

• Knowledge of enterprise IT security or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)

• Knowledge of other ERP or business systems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
