Senior Project Manager Product Security

Based at our Cluj location, the Senior Project Manager for Product Security within Enterprise Technology, you are responsible for driving strategic alignment and execution across product security and technology initiatives by managing centralized prioritization, project planning, and enterprise-wide cross-functional coordination related to ongoing business-aligned initiatives. This role reports to the Enterprise Product Security functional leader and serves as a critical liaison between business units, enterprise functions and technology teams to ensure transparency, accountability, and delivery consistency across all projects under the Enterprise Product Security function.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and facilitate enterprise-level intake, prioritization, and backlog grooming across cross-functional workstreams
• Coordinate the development and execution of coordinated plans that align with business goals and organizational readiness
• Coordinate project work breakdown structures and planning sessions, ensuring dependencies are managed and timelines are realistic
• Partner with stakeholders and steering teams to ensure alignment for new processes, tools, and capability enhancements
• Maintain clear transparency into initiative status, risks, and dependencies through structured governance and reporting mechanisms
• Coordinate and drive cross-business unit and cross-functional alignment by encouraging collaboration, ensuring transparency, and enforcing prioritization governance
• Provide strategic thought leadership to refine planning frameworks and improve execution efficiency continually
• Strengths & Skills:
  • Expertise in project management methodologies
  • Strong communication and partner leadership skills
  • Experience with enterprise program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro/Lucidchart)
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional coordination, management, and execution structures
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sophisticated, matrixed teams in high-visibility, transformative initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, enterprise-level projects
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and risk for large-scale initiatives
• Strong communication, leadership, and partner management skills
• Ability to travel globally 15%

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
• Experience in secure product development processes and needs
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
