Kroll is seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to support the Senior Director of our Cyber Managing Risk Enterprise Channel. This role is designed for someone who can act as a strategic force multiplier—driving go to market motions across enterprise accounts, coordinating with CDR MD’s and SD’s, supporting sales initiatives, and supporting activation of key alliances such as Microsoft. The ideal candidate will bring cybersecurity consulting experience, strong program management skills, and the ability to operate seamlessly across US and EMEA regions.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Cyber Risk Advisory Support

  • Assist in executing cybersecurity advisory projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Support development of cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, and client deliverables.
  • Help manage client communications, reporting, and engagement logistics.

Enterprise Strategy Execution

  • Drive cadence and follow-up across enterprise accounts to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support execution of the Cyber Managing Risk (CDR) enterprise account strategy.
  • Act as a strategic extension of the Enterprise Channel Leader, Nicole Koopman, enabling impact across US and EMEA.

Partner & Sales Coordination

  • Align with go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and coordinate with internal and external sales teams.
  • Prepare briefing materials, coordinate communications, and surface actionable insights.
  • Bridge between the CDR sales organization and external channels, engaging CXO-level stakeholders.

Microsoft & Alliance Activation

  • Leverage deep Microsoft experience to expand enterprise opportunities.
  • Activate and grow the Microsoft alliance book of business and support other key alliances critical to the CDR Transform agenda.

Lifecycle Program Enablement

  • Support rollout of lifecycle offerings across enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate enablement assets and track adoption metrics.

Tactical Reporting & Insights

  • Own reporting cycles and compile data across sales, marketing, also supporting with insights to the alliances.
  • Deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Regional Support

  • Bridge US and EMEA operations, ensuring continuity across time zones, calendars, communications, and events.
  • Support activation of key enterprise account channels as defined by cyber leadership.

 

Essential Traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, strategic operations, or enterprise program management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across global teams.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise sales motions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft and other strategic alliances is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
