Click for more details.Kroll is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Manager, to join our Cyber & Data Resilience (C&DR) Service Line, supporting our Cyber Advisory team. In this role, you will focus primarily on the orchestration, coordination, and delivery of complex, multi-phase Cyber Advisory client engagements and internal projects. Your program and project management expertise will ensure streamlined delivery, operational efficiency, and continual improvement across Cyber Advisory activities. You operate comfortably across diverse stakeholder groups and are adept at balancing shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Management (Cyber Advisory Focus)
- Lead end-to-end coordination, execution, and close-out of medium and large-scale Cyber Advisory projects from kick-off to completion.
- Oversee project planning, resource management, scheduling, deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements and Kroll standards.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and guide multiple concurrent client engagements for Cyber Advisory.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- Resource Assignment & Management
- Assess project requirements and assign the appropriate resources to each Cyber Advisory engagement based on skillset, availability, and project goals.
- Monitor resource allocation to optimize team utilization and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Partner with team leads to continuously evaluate current and future resourcing needs for Cyber Advisory projects.
- Project Status Tracking and Risk Identification
- Maintain comprehensive project status dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate, timely updates for all ongoing Cyber Advisory engagements.
- Utilize Red/Amber/Green (RAG) indicators to monitor and communicate project health, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review progress, address roadblocks, and adjust project plans.
- Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Design, document, and optimize operational workflows specific to Cyber Advisory project delivery, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
- Partner with Cyber Advisory leads to implement improvements and streamline delivery processes across engagements.
- Support skills gap analyses, team resourcing plans, and technical program management for Cyber Advisory initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support project management and decision-making within the Cyber Advisory team.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track project metrics, team utilization, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Serve as the key operational point of contact for Cyber Advisory Engagement Managers, ensuring smooth hand-offs and the timely delivery of client work.
- Liaise with internal partners including Finance, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure accurate project attribution.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication around status, risks, and improvement opportunities to all relevant parties.
- Quality & Risk Management
- Review client deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Cyber Advisory and C&DR quality standards.
- Monitor project risks, escalate issues as appropriate, and coordinate resolution with internal and client stakeholders.
Essential Traits:
- 10+ years of progressive project/program management, operations, or business analysis experience, preferably within a consulting, cybersecurity, or technology-focused organization.
- Strong track record in managing multiple, complex, client-facing projects in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in designing, documenting, and optimizing operational or delivery processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI and Power Automate experience is highly desirable.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills; able to synthesize and communicate metrics effectively to stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven stakeholder management experience.
- Deep understanding of IT, Project Management, and Cybersecurity principles and technologies (Cloud Security, Network Security, GRC, IAM, etc.).
