Do you have experience of BIM and digital delivery in the infrastructure sector and are now looking for the next step of your career? We work with client organisations to shape and influence how they manage their infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on the efficiency of how major infrastructure projects are planned and delivered while helping our clients achieve their Net Zero vision, through use of BIM, information management and digital technologies.
We work holistically with our wider business to provide an environment for innovation and deliver success on projects where BIM is core to the delivery and operation of assets. You will have a diverse role, either client facing or internal, to drive the BIM process at organisational, programme and project level through:
Discovery and understanding
Client adoption strategy and strategic project setup
Project and programme BIM execution planning
BIM implementation, information management and supply chain management
BIM compliance checking and data verification

Key Responsibilities
The role of BIM Manager/Senior Consultant in our Infrastructure business has a diverse range of responsibilities, reflecting the diversity of our clients and projects:
Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategy to meet those requirements
Author key BIM documentation and workflows aligned to industry best practice standards
Manage the roll out and implementation of BIM within a client organisation, across a programme of works and at project level
Manage the communication of BIM strategy, documentation & workflows to stakeholders
Input into digital risk identification and mitigation
Interface with clients, design teams and contractors implementing BIM methodologies and best practice from strategy level through to project delivery
Facilitate stakeholder meetings & workshops
Conduct assurance reviews and clash detection of design models
Analyse project data against requirements
Consideration of People, Process, Technology to ensure a holistic approach to digital delivery and BIM across programmes, projects, and organisations
Apply rigorous quality procedures for management of version control and audit trail
Build client relationships and reinforce credibility as a BIM subject matter expert to identify opportunities where T&T can assist
Research and evaluate the potential application of new and emerging technologies
Able to work alone or in high performance teams
Support others and providing training on use of digital technologies
Maintain awareness of key industry trends; interpret and report to the wider team
Input into and, if applicable, lead business generation activity (bid qualifications and proposals
Qualifications
2:1 Bachelors ideally in a STEM subject / relevant professional experience
BIM or Information Management Certification
Achieved, or working towards professional membership/accreditation such as APM, CEng, BCS
Key requirements - Essential
Good understanding of ISO19650 and other BIM-related Standards
Experience of advising on BIM & implementing onto projects
Working knowledge of development and management of BIM documentation
Working knowledge of a Common Data Environment and related software
Experience with using 3D Modelling/Review software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri etc
Understanding of project/programme delivery environment including PMO
Good communication & stakeholder management skills, self-motivated, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience in one of our key sectors (Defence, Transport, Natural Resources, Central/Secure Government)
The ability to travel to any location as agreed and appropriate. T&T does operate ‘hybrid’ location working in line with commission needs.
Nice to have:
An understanding of data management technologies such as SQL
An understanding of reporting and dashboard software such as Power BI, Tableau etc
Cyber & information security experience / interest
Project Management qualification e.g. APM, Prince2, SAFe
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
Change Management experience
Asset Management experience
