Tasks
- Assist project planning and IT proposals
- Communicate incident progress and upcoming changes
- Design and implement network and server solutions
- Document work and submit timesheets
- Escalate incidents from L1 and L2
- Follow change management procedures
- Identify sales opportunities and support client proposals
- Monitor ticketing system and resolve client issues
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
