Job Description Azure Account Management and Sync Customer Support Engineer
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customerfocused Azure Account Management and Sync Customer Support Engineer to join our talented team As a Support Engineer in this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers ensuring their Azure account management and synchronization needs are met with efficiency and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
1 Customer Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Azure account management and synchronization issues
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels including email phone and chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot Azure accountrelated problems offering effective solutions to resolve issues
2 Azure Account Management
Assist customers in setting up and managing Azure subscriptions licenses and access rights based on their specific requirements
Guide customers through best practices for managing Azure resources and optimizing their cloud environment
3 Azure Account Synchronization
Help customers implement and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory Azure AD synchronization processes to ensure seamless user identity management
Collaborate with customers to address synchronization discrepancies and maintain accurate user identity information
4 Issue Escalation and Resolution
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
Ensure that all support cases are tracked and documented in a systematic manner for efficient case management
5 Knowledge Sharing
Continuously enhance your expertise in Azure technologies and stay uptodate with the latest developments and updates
Share knowledge and insights with the broader support team contributing to the collective knowledge base
6 Customer Satisfaction
Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering topnotch support experiences and ensuring their success with Azure services
Advocate for customers needs and feedback to internal teams influencing product improvements and service enhancements
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Proven experience in customer support preferably in an Azure or cloud environment
Strong understanding of Azure account management Azure Active Directory and Azure resource synchronization
Familiarity with Azure security access controls and compliance practices
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with customers and internal teams
Azure certifications eg Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate are a plus
