Join Our Team as an IT Auditor!
Location: Bydgoszcz (or remote)
What You’ll Do:
-
Dive into dynamic audit missions and respond to ad-hoc requests within our energetic audit team.

Play a key role in preparing audit reports from draft to final version.

Keep up with the latest industry trends and key changes within our organization.

Share your expertise and add value to our audit team.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience: At least 3 years as an IT internal/external auditor or related experience (Big4 background preferred).
-
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Certifications: IT/Internal Audit certifications (e.g. ITIL, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIA) are a plus.
Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge in Compliance, Information Systems Technology, Operations, ITIL processes, etc.

In-depth understanding of IT controls (e.g. access controls, Service Management, Security, IT operations).
-
Awareness of key regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).

Knowledge of data analytical tools (e.g. IDEA, ACL) is an advantage.

SAP knowledge is a plus, whether as a functional user or with in-depth knowledge of SAP business processes (e.g. FI, MM, SD).
Soft Skills:

A proactive team player.

Strong audit skills.
-
Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, with a rigorous approach.

Effective communicator, capable of presenting complex issues clearly and logically to management, both orally and in writing.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another European language (e.g. French/German) is a plus but not required.

Open-minded, flexible, and interested in international exposure.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
