Cyber Security Specialist – Identity and Access Management

Your role and your team:

As a Cyber Security Specialist for Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be responsible for setting up the basis of Lilium’s IAM infrastructure and service. You will have the opportunity to build and setup IAM technologies from ground up with a green field approach. You will be a part of the Cyber Security team and report directly to the Head of Cyber Security.

Your Day to Day Tasks:

• Participate in projects and advise the team on requirements from IAM perspective.
• Implement and coordinate controls for Identity lifecycle management (recertification, user reviews, etc.).
• Ownership of governing the operations of Lilium’s PKI infrastructure.
• Setting up and Integrate IAM systems with in-house, third party and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources.
• Lead and support technical integration needs (design, development, implement) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools.
• Lead emerging trend research, orchestrate product evaluations, and select the latest industry standards and tools which are IAM specific.
• Conduct POC’s of new Access Management products and services to validate integration needs.
• Provide technical advice to colleagues.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all IAM related topics.

Your Profile:

• Hands-on knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration, Single Sign-On, Provisioning Federated Identity, Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Possess understanding of interdependencies between various technologies within and external to the identity and access management arena.
• Good understanding of authentication protocols like Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH, OpenID, etc.
• Deep understanding of Azure Active Directory and Azure Identity services.
• Work experience in an international environment 5+ years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and German would be good to have.
• Proactive and solution oriented independent working approach.
