Responsibilities

• Performing analysis on user and group extracts from servers, databases and applications through meetings and email.
• Interfacing with on-shore and off-shore support teams to confirm user and group access requirements for servers, databases and applications.
• Using JIRA to manage workflow - server extract requests, other requests.
• Creating new group and account requests for servers, databases and applications
• Hand-off of in-flight on-boarding activities to Bell full-time employees as process dictates.
• Documentation, process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst with over 5+ years of proficiency in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups across Bell Canada.
• Requires a thorough understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts and commonly used terms in Active Directory gained over 5+ years.
• Requires a comprehensive understanding of UNIX and Windows server management concepts, commonly used terms, and technologies, with over 5+ years of experience.
• Requires a solid grasp of Agile and DevOps concepts, along with familiarity with commonly used terms, including 3+ years of experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar Agile development software.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Identity Access Management Database management and reporting.
•  Experience with Delinea's Privilege Access Management Software
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
