Customer Assurance Analyst

The Customer Assurance team is part of the LSEG Sales enablement function, performing a key role responding to Information Security related client requests for LSEG products, working in partnership with clients, providing a quality service, to ensure their needs are fully understood.

This position is based in Gdynia, with an expectation of attending the office once per week, or 4 days per month. This position is to work Polish office centric hours.

Responsibilities

• responding to Information Security related client's questionnaires provided in various formats

• providing comprehensive responses to the client whilst maintaining in line with our Data Classification and Data Handling Standard

• verify and interpret the requests using data base and following guidelines to provide the client with proper respond

Essential criteria

• An understanding of the principles of Information Security and Data Protection.
• Strong command of English, with excellent written skills.
• Previous experience of managing client communications
• A basic command of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Significant recent experience in the Third-Party Risk Management arena (TRPM)
• Previous experience working in a task-based arena, handling tasks from start to finish, in a timely and efficient manner
• experience of reviewing, prioritising and allocating tasks based on capacity and demand
• attention to detail

Desirable criteria

• Previous experience with ServiceNow
• Previous experience of populating and distributing SIG documents
• Hold a current ISACA Information Security qualification, (CISA or CISM)
• Strong command of additional European languages (French, German etc), with excellent written skills
