The threat landscape at Diageo is evolving and growing. To protect Diageo manufacturing systems and information assets, a comprehensive OT cybersecurity program is required to identify threats and plan countermeasures to mitigate those threats before they materialize and have a significant impact on Diageo’s business.

• Handle all security operations, tools and technology used to gather, monitor and analyse alerts within Diageo manufacturing environment.
• Lead OT/ICS security vulnerability assessments and remediation activities along with providing recommendations across a broad range of security domains
• Prepare and maintain a threat profile for Diageo by researching, identifying, and assessing the evolving OT threats. Evaluate the current Diageo OT security posture and identify security control gaps. Define counter measures to mitigate the most critical threats and embed them into the cyber strategy for OT
• Develop communications and an OT threat dashboard to articulate the threats for the business
• To implement new technology conduct feasibility studies, develop requests for proposal, evaluate vendor products, and help implement any controls that mitigate the risk of its operation
• Maintain a vigilant advanced cyber incident response program to prevent, detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats within the manufacturing environment
• Experience in products such as Clarity continuous threat detection is preferred

8+ years’ experience as an OT Cyber Security professional:

• Experience with OT systems and OT security industry practices along with exposure to IIoT technologies.
• Experience in crafting, maintaining and supporting ICS network infrastructure, including industrial wireless networking
• Comprehensive working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice
• Understand security issues associated with engineering networks
• Knowledge of security technologies used within OT environment
• Broad knowledge of OT security vendors and products. 
• Have good communication skills (written and verbal) allowing them to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences from the plant floor up to the boardroom.
• Experience in developing OT security recommendations and level of effort estimates to support those recommendations
• Ideally have experience and skills in safety-related control systems, including a working knowledge of IEC
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
