As a systems administrator youâll work to optimize our client's identity provider and ensure it is modernized to keep up with the ever-evolving threats our nation's first line of defense faces. Your expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Youâll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. Â

You Have:Â
- 5+ years of experience working in IT
- Experience with Microsoft products and environments such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, or SQL
- Experience using Windows PowerShell to automate Active Directory tasks
- Knowledge of Active Directory implementation, Group Policy Object creation and maintenance, and permissions and groups for an enterprise environment
- Ability to work majority of time on client site
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments to improve products, service delivery, and customer experience
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- 8570.01 IAT Level 2 certification
Nice if You Have:Â
- 3+ years of experience with system administration supporting the Department of Defense (DOD)
- Experience working with Azure or Entra
- Experience with configuring different IT tools and services
- Experience with integrating tools in the IT Ecosystem with ticketing systems and apps and services, such as ACAS, Splunk, McAfee, or Cisco products
- Experience with leading technical discussions with key stakeholders concerning client pain points and concerns
- Experience with designing, implementing, or managing systems related to DoDâs Zero Trust strategy
- Experience with maintaining oversight of activities, processes, and deliverables
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- CISSP, CAP, ITIL v3, or ITIL v4 Certification
- Security + 401 certification preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.
