(Senior) Recruiter (m/w/d) Cyber Security

Tasks

You have a strong interest in the field of HR and believe the following to be applicable to you?

As a (Senior) Recruiter (m/w/d) Cyber Security located in Germany (Frankfurt or Munich), you will :

• Support the recruitment from A-Z (including active LinkedIn search, screening and interviews of candidates, contract proposals and onboarding of new joiners…)
• Very closely collaborate with the hiring managers of the technical departments;
• Evaluate and consult in setting up the job descriptions and requirements;
• Be responsible for a smooth running recruitment process and a high level of candidate’s satisfaction;
• Directly approach suitable candidates via tools like LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Be focusing on hiring Belgian employees;
• Support the HR team and employees for all general HR related questions;
• Support HR projects and improve HR services where required and in close collaboration with your team members;
• Contribute to our positive working environment and employee / candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Personnel Management, Organizational Psychology, Economics or equivalent by experience is desirable;
• At least 2-3 years professional experience in recruitment;
• Strong interest in supporting of hiring for our Belgian entity;
• Familiarity with the legal options within the Belgian compensation package is desirable;
• You have a previous experience with the IT or the cyber security sector or a strong affinity to learn more about it;
• You enjoy operating with a great deal of autonomy, but also appreciate the value of team work;
• You are results-oriented and able to deliver within preset deadlines. You value quality and employee-satisfaction and have a proactive mindset;
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory, Dutch, French and / or German are desirable;
