The Role: Global Citizenship and Wellbeing Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
The Global Citizenship and Wellbeing Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our global citizenship and wellbeing initiatives. This role ensures the successful execution of programs that promote community impact, employee wellbeing, and social responsibility across all regions. The Program Manager will collaborate with local leads, champion committees, and regional leads to implement strategies, plan events, and measure the effectiveness of these programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive in relationship building, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced and transformative environment. Presence in the Sunnyvale office is required based on job role demands, ensuring effective collaboration and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Develop and manage the global citizenship and wellbeing programs in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Design and implement frameworks and processes to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives across all regions.
Continuously assess and improve program strategies to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wellbeing and community impact initiatives into broader company efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the Global Citizenship and Wellbeing Director to align program activities with overall strategy.
Engage with Local/Regional Leads and Committees to gather input, support event planning, and enhance program outreach.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote program success.
Colleague Connection and Engagement
Plan, organize, and oversee a variety of activities that promote global citizenship and employee wellbeing, focusing on meaningful connections among colleagues.
Develop initiatives that encourage cross-functional collaboration and foster a sense of community within the company.
Ensure that events and activities are well-publicized, engaging, and effectively executed, with a focus on building lasting relationships among employees.
Monitor event logistics, budgets, and participant feedback to continuously improve program offerings.
Communication and Reporting
Develop communication materials to promote awareness and participation in programs and events.
Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
Utilize data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Administrative Tasks
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for program activities.
Maintain accurate records of program participation, feedback, and impact metrics.
Handle administrative duties related to program logistics and coordination.
Proactive Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Take initiative to identify opportunities for program enhancement and increased engagement.
Actively seek feedback and foster a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement.
Onsite Presence
Be present in the Sunnyvale office based on job role requirements to ensure effective collaboration and oversight.
Attend in-person meetings, events, and activities as needed to support program initiatives and foster connections within the office.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, preferably in CSR, employee wellbeing, or a related area.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale programs and events.
Experience working in a global or multicultural and multigenerational environment is highly desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.

Base Pay Range: 116,690.00 - 183,370.00 USDCalifornia (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 96,880.00 - 152,240.00 USDAll other cities and states excluding those listed above:
