About the Role
 

You will be supporting the day-to-day Compliance operations. Critical responsibilities will include executing training and attestation operational activities, including reporting and management of their timely completion.

 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Triggering training and attestation cycles
•    Running the mandatory training and attestation escalation process
•    Communicating with internal stakeholders to answer questions and triage responses from other Compliance colleagues
•    Create training content and organise delivery of compliance training and awareness activities
 

About the Team
 

The Compliance Programme, Policy & Awareness team sits within Compliance Programme & Operations, with a responsibility for managing the global Compliance governance frameworks group wide. Our team members are located in Switzerland, the UK and Slovakia and come from a variety of backgrounds. 

 

About You
 

As a strong analytical thinker, you excel in graphically representing concepts through tools like Excel and PowerPoint. You are highly organised and can easily prioritise competing tasks. In addition, you have strong interpersonal skills and work well with colleagues and stakeholders of varied backgrounds.
 

Essentials:
•    University degree or equivalent qualification
•    Proficiency in English (written and spoken), other languages a plus
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
 

Nice to haves:
•    Curious and energetic, seeking out creative solutions
•    Solid understanding of Compliance Risks
•    Team player adeptly working in an environment where new projects constantly emerge

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1 900 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
