Job Description

The role of a functional and business-oriented Identity and Access Management Analyst is to work within the IAM Centre of Excellence, with various departments to help drive identity and access control initiatives in support of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. 

You will provide expertise and guidance to various business units and works closely with IT and cybersecurity to gather requirements to design identity and access management processes for all systems in support of IT and cybersecurity strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience of Identity & Access Management capabilities such as joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
  • Application of Authentication & Authorization principles and processes.
  • IAM process change and implementation initiatives.  
  • Application of Identity Governance Administration processes (IGA).
  • Project Management and Business Development.
  • Application of Risk Management and assessments.
  • Understanding of a diverse set of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Responsibilities

  • Engage in establishing the Enterprise IAM Centre of Excellence as the overall governance, including KPI definition as well as managing business demands.
  • Defining high level requirements and ensuring compliance to IAM policies and standards. 
  • Manage a common IAM roadmap and ensure proper followup and reporting
  • Stakeholder management to ensure that the IAM program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws, regulations and enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management. 
  • Responding to audit findings and prioritising remediation measures.
  • Identify demands, objectives and key results and define and monitor supporting KPIs and metrics. 
  • Development of functional IAM processes, dependencies, and integrations. 
  • Assess and manage risks to the effectiveness and security of the IAM platforms and services to protect against current and emerging threats.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position in our Liljeholmen office in Stockholm.
