Role Summary
This is a multi-faceted Sr. Security Analyst position working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The candidate will help develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
What You Will Do:
- Maintain classified document control/accountability of classified media shipped and received.
- Visitor Access Control, Document Control, Personnel Security, and Security Education
- Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings.
- Update security personnel access lists and databases accordingly.
- Prepare and participate in semi-annual and yearly audits and inspections.
- Assist with implementing Security Education and Media Control Plan.
- Assist with the implement of local Standard Operating procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and COMSEC requirements and guidelines.
- Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations.
- Conduct administrative inquires related to possible security incidents and document results.
- Prepare Inquiry Reports on security infractions/violations and specifying preventive action to be taken.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Experience with processing classified shipments and accountability of classified assets.
- Experience in conducting Security Investigations/Administrative Inquiries and interviewing employees for security infractions/violations.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, with a current Secret U.S. government security clearance, and able to obtain a Top Secret government security clearance within one year of employment.
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related fieldU.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Good working knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and ISLs.
- Good working knowledge of NSA Manual 3-16 and other COMSEC regulations.
- Working knowledge of DISS, submitting VALs, checking incoming visit requirements.
- Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database.
- Knowledge of Resolver Incident Management tracking database.
- Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
