Your part to play;

• Being the go-to for everything hardware and software support, from Macbooks to Zoom rooms to the fun things like office mic and tunes
• Champion the proper use and setup of systems within the business
• Managing our IT asset register, ordering and setting up the right equipment for staff

• Manage security processes and administration, including facilitating regular security training and making sure all devices for staff are secure
• Becoming our SOC2 expert within Figured and working with our InfoSecurity experts
• Security assessments, including evaluation & adoption of AI tools & services from a data security & compliance perspective.

What are we looking for;

We prefer a legend with limited experience than someone with lots of experience who’s a bit average - if you don’t think you have it all but can still add value, we’d love to see your application.

• Proactive nature, this role is for a self-starter and will no doubt be a starting point for a much broader role 
• High degree of empathy; supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help people and the business
• Quick learner and willing to get involved across the business.
• Generic knowledge on infosec and experience with security audits, extra brownie points for SOC2 Compliance experience.
