Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and curious technical writer to join our Technical Publications group. As a key member of our fast-paced team, you will work closely with development engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality documentation. You will be responsible for managing both short- and long-term deliverables, handling documentation written in MadCap Flare.
In this role, you must enjoy working with constantly changing priorities, collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to extract essential information and ensure follow-ups. Strong inter-personal skills are key, as you will need to communicate effectively across various teams and maintain productive relationships.

Qualifications/Required Skillso   3+ years of combined experience: writing technical documentation for enterprise software products.o   Professionally trained technical communicator and/or a demonstrated track record of writing technical documentationo   Working knowledge of MadCap Flare or FrameMakero   Flexible about working with geographically distributed teams, across multiple time zoneso   Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team player; adapt quickly to changing priorities; can work with minimal guidance and supervision
Desired ExperienceFamiliarity with network and security products

Compensation Transparency$100,000 - $140,000 USD Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for benefits, bonus and equity.
