Due to growth, Dematic is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role, that will be based out of office in either Grand Rapids, MI or Peachtree Corners, GA.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Monitor the SaaS supplier that will provide operational capabilities including Identity Governance and Administration, User lifecycle management (JLM processes), Recertification campaigns, and Segregation of duties policies
  • Connect target systems and cloud services with the IAM/IDM as part of integration projects
  • Manage tickets, incidents, and support problem resolution as 3rd level, following our “Follow the Sun” approach
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and problems with the access management tools
  • Drive continuous improvement of the service operations
  • Define and maintain the identity and access management-related policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures ensuring they reflect the current legal, regulatory, and client requirements and threat landscape
  • Define and utilize role and attribute-based access model on KION & cloud environment to force “need to know” and “last privilege” principle
  • Support Business in role maintenance and manage access lifecycle
  • Implement integrated and streamlined identity and access management lifecycle processes
  • Ensure enforced authentication and authorization to all KION users and services
  • Implement identity intelligence capabilities to continuously monitor and report authorized access level changes
  • With other experts on the team, ensure that the projects of the multi-year roadmap are implemented.
  • Manage security innovation projects to proactively drive security access control improvements
  • Support Audit evidence collection and walk-throughs

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and/ or related experience
  • 5+ years of IAM experience
  • Proven experience in increasing responsibility in information security roles with experience in identity and access management within a highly complex organization with devolved structures and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing an identity and access management strategy
  • Proven track record in access management processes
  • Experience in hands-on design and implementation of IAM platforms - OMADA desirable
  • Experience with the integration of SSO with externally hosted vendor applications
  • Strong understanding of Authentication methods and key IAM technologies deployed in cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Identity lifecycle and service delivery models
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current exploit techniques, vulnerability disclosures, data breach incidents, and security analysis techniques, combined with the understanding of the potential impact on the security posture
  • Security professional-related certification - CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SANS or equivalent
